1066 again Battle Abbey

The 1066 re-enactment weekend at Battle Abbey coincided with our housewarming, so we were all up alrmingly early on Sunday morning to go see. It was really well done, lots of folks living in ye olde campsites for the weekend and dressed up, plus a hundred armed knights on horseback. We missed the main event as we had to get off to Hastings, but had a great time nonetheless. Nice piccies too, above are Matt, meJulie, Simon and Dave.
